Deep-Dive into Agentic AI & Agentic RAG Systems
New to Agentic AI and eager to master it end-to-end? Over two days including six hands-on modules, you’ll learn how to design, build, deploy, and monitor intelligent agents using industry-standard frameworks.
Here's what we'll focus on:
- Core concepts of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Agentic RAG systems
- Architecting agents with design patterns (Tool-Use, Reflection, Planning, Multi-Agent)
- Building with LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI
- Deploying agents as APIs and monitoring them with FastAPI, LangFuse, or Arize AI Phoenix

Workshop Requirements?
- Prerequisites: Good knowledge of Python, NLP & Generative AI
- Tools Used: Google Colab, RunPod.io, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, FastAPI, LangFuse
- What’s Provided: Slides, datasets, full code notebooks, cloud infrastructure for deployment

Module 1 – Generative & Agentic AI Essentials
- Generative AI recap, LLM prompting & RAG
- Agentic AI overview & components (LLMs, tools, memory, prompts, routers, workflows)
- Hands-on: LangChain prompting & tool calling
Module 2 – Build Basic Agentic AI Systems
- LangGraph fundamentals & ReAct pattern
- Hands-on: ReAct agents with LangGraph & CrewAI
- Hands-on: Text2SQL data assistant agent
Module 3 – Memory Management & Conversational Agents
- Short- vs. long-term memory, context windows
- Internal & external memory stores
- Hands-on: Agentic AI financial assistant with LangMem
Day 2: (6PM - 9PM GMT+2)
Module 4 – Advanced Agentic Workflows
- Design patterns: Tool-Use, Planning, Reflection, Multi-Agent
- Hands-on: Deep research & hierarchical multi-agent systems
Module 5 – Agentic RAG Systems
- Architecting Router RAG, Adaptive RAG, Corrective RAG
- Hands-on: Customer support resolution with Router RAG
Module 6 – Deployment & Monitoring (APIs + Cloud Tools)
- End-to-end workflow: build, deploy, monitor
- Hands-on: FastAPI web service, cloud deployment, monitoring with LangFuse/Arize Phoenix
